the farm
Osbaston House Farm covers acres of beautiful Leicestershire countryside, with mature woodlands, arable and grassland. For nearly 100 years the Earp family bred British Friesians and managed a traditional dairy herd. In 2002 Farmer John diversified, becoming one of a handful of specialist dairy goat farmers in England.
Our affectionate goats are truly adorable and we milk nearly a thousand adult goats twice daily. The goats are a playful bunch, bred from three British breeds, the Saanen, Toggenburg and Alpines. John’s passion is the goats and the land and he will love sharing his knowledge, stories and anecdotes with you!
Horses and ponies have been a part of Sharon’s life since a young girl. Another love is hens and you’ll discover a wonderful collection of rare breed hens.
