We love to support local farmers and food producers and we hope that will join in and support too! We try wherever possible to source items in our farm shop as locally as possible. Take a look below at the made in Leicestershire local produce on offer.

We have a delightfully old fashioned honesty shop; the Old Cow Shed farm shop which is open exclusively to guests who stay on the farm. We offer a wonderful range of local and specialty foods.  Look forward to unhurried holiday breakfasts and cosy dinners, choosing delicious local produce from the farm’s own Cow Shed Store, discovering the delights of the canvas cottage wood burning range, barbecue or outdoor pizza and bread oven.

19 Gales; 19 Gales is a family run farm, farm shop and butchery business based in Atherstone, Warwickshire, just 10 miles away. We stock their smoked and plain bacon, sausages and fresh cakes and bakery items as well as their delicious steak and chicken pies.

Woodhouse Farm; Award winning local produce, Woodhouse Farm produce a whole range of meat products ranging from sausages, steaks, meatballs, and bacon, that you will find in the large fridge in the farm shop. 

St Helens; Osbaston House Farm is one of a handful of specialist dairy farms supplying goat’s milk to St Helens dairy for the produce of cheese, yoghurts, cream and ice cream. We stock our own cheese and milk for you to try whilst on holiday.

Honey from Nigel Nixon; we have three hives on the farm and a local enthusiast produces honey from these. We stock the honey in our farm shop, which is from very local bees indeed!  A great gift idea, or, for spreading thickly on your morning breakfast toasts!

Sparkenhoe Cheese; Handmade cheese from the milk produced by Sparkenhoe’s own dairy cows who graze the lush Leicestershire pastures near Market Bosworth. The cheese is made with love and care to a traditional recipe and mould ripened on beechwood shelves.
