Eating at Home

Each canvas cottage here at the Dandelion Hideaway has it’s very own Aga-style wood-fired stove for you to use to boil our whistling kettles or rustle up a tasty home cooked meal for you and your friends, or partner or the whole family! There are a simple number of cooking utensils for you to use during your stay and hot water for washing up in the Belfast sink too.

On site you will also find our wood-fired pizza oven which is free to use and perfect for those nights sat around the campfire telling stories. Our range gas barbecue is great for gatherings for larger groups and is available to book throughout your stay. Just contact our team to find out more: [email protected]. Don’t forget we have The Old Cow Shed where you will find some store room essentials such as sugar, milk (of various varieties) pasta, rice and sauces, as well as some frozen meats and of course marshmallows for toasting on an open fire (bookable for your stay)!
